The Estate contains three residential buildings that can sleep about 60 people. This includes the historic Marion Borden Mansion from 1906, the Dutch Stone House from 1787, and a converted barn called the Bunk House.

 
 
  • The Mansion was built in 1906 by Marion Borden. It contains 18 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. It also features a commercial kitchen, a grand dining room and gathering places with two working fireplaces. The back terrace has sweeping views of fields, rolling hills, and the Shawangunk Ridge.

  • The Stone House was built in 1771. It contains a total of seven private bedrooms. It has a spacious residential kitchen, a dining room for 12 people, and two working fireplaces.
